Some hitting and some scrubbing. I like it. I think it will be fun. It looks like THQ calmed down the reflex, and physics for Alive.

Fto be hionest I dont see any actual gameplay. Seems like its all just that beginning video when you put in the game and dont push start. Although, the video is pretty sick, but id like to have seen at least a screen shot or something of the actual game itself. But no matter, imma go preorder it in the future anyways. Lol

I agree with you Cory, that trailer was terrible. The objective of the advertisement to sell the game. They'll do well if their target audience ranges from 3 to 7 years of age. It seems they are rushing the latest installment of Mx vs Atv into production again. From the time the first trailer is released until it's street date is comparatively short. Based on other racing genre games, the first trailer is typically released nearly a year before the game hits the street. I'm hoping for a fine tuned package... and being patient.

I saw that Friday night, here it is but our own member here (Mxer721) add his touch on it. You can tell the guy playing does not know what he is doing. It shows. Looks good to me anyways.

I do like what I am hearing regarding the weight of the bikes seem to be more realistic than Reflex. I also like the concept of being able to rub elbows. I just wish they had released a better trailer for the debut...

In that video that mxer remade, is it just me or do tge graphics just like untamed? Man, I hope they put as much effort into tracks and online play as they did coming up with rubbing elbows n other features. Got a feeeling reflex will still be better.

Preload is back, you can see the spring in the bottom right corner. I'll sit this game out, looks pretty sad.

In regards to the commercial trailer from Anahiem 1. I read something today posted by a THQ motoX Administrator. I will quote him. This guy seems to know what he is talking about, it sounds accurate to me.
"The trailer was designed to meet a couple key points:
1. Announce James Stewart's involvement with MX vs ATV Alive 2. Showcase the top level features of Alive including: in-your-face action, multi-opponent racing, realistic tracks, realistic bikes, realistic gear, and realistic sounds. 3. Improved collision mechanics. In fact, Alive encourages it! 4. High quality detail and innovative development from the guys who are king at motocross games, THQ Digital Phoenix (formerly Rainbow Studios).
As an initial trailer, the piece was well received! We know that it doesn't cater to the hardcore group who has been following with us for years. You all want the knitty gritty... actual gameplay footage! Well, I can guarantee that there is definitely loads of information coming your way."
So that commercial was intended to capture future noobs, for us to race. I think THQ knows what they are doing for the most, I know Reflex has alot of problems but the game is fun as hell. I did hear some very nice sounding dirt bikes at the beginning of the commercial.
