I put Reflex into the PS3 this weekend for the first time in years. Wow, I love this game. Its really tough though. I'm so rusty lol. A lot of fun though. Wish I could play online.

I agree Cory. It is my fave out of the MVA series. Just because you can throw style and haul ass at the same time. Lost Meadow on rails oh ya.

I agree with Cory and Tork great game.
I bet the servers would be fixed if Sony and Microsoft were more open to developers to update there games like steam is. I don't hate them but I wish they make easier for people update their games. Nordic released 2 updates yesterday for PC they seem like a good company. Even they said their not sure about consoles alot harder to get to work again.
I never played Reflex on PC when it had THQ servers but now using steam match making it work ok but rooms still break like ps3 but I guess rainbow had really bad code that nordic is trying to fix.

I can only imagine how much fun the game would be if they just built around Reflex and didn't even make Alive. Just keep releasing DLC content. Would have been the perfect scenario.

Ya, Alive was fun for about two weeks. Reflex scrubs were sick, the first lap on fresh track was a blast. How about a track deformation adjustment? Let the host choose how quick the track goes away or turn it off. That would be fun.

I like torkit's Ides there. And cory's too. If they just add a handful more tracks, say five sx and five Mx, that would be Badass. I'm very much looking at finally getting a laptop that's worth a crap so I can do things with my gopro and gaming. But that's another topic, just know I wanna race more tracks!

So is there a way to still play this online? I think I remember reading something here about doing that.

Whats up Raay18? Here is a step by step how to get this going. First Turn off PS3 > Download Xlink www.teamxlink.co.uk/ onto your home PC > Install X link on hard wired home PC ( wireless does not work)> Register yourself > Sign in > Add Friends > Turn on PS3 > Play Reflex on LAN ( click LAN not ONLINE ) Everyone add me : torkit Additional tips : You have to have friends on Xlink and join LAN. Do NOT use ONLINE game mode. USE LAN! Only way is to get more people on this, me included. I have new PC since I posted this how to.

Man the PC version plays way different than PS3. You cant scrub as good because there is way more traction. This will take time to find some of that old speed. Had a room with 5 riders in it. Fun game!

Yeah PC is different but I got my old lap times back now besides few tracks. Switchyard was probably my best track now only hitting 1:18s. Found out I need put my tires to more slippery.
Also Dirt buddy you need PC almost all of nordic games not counting the ones they bought off thq are PC games so the next MVA will probably be best on it.
Tork try different setting and bikes the blaze is my fav on ps3 probably need find right setting for PC but I like the kawi on PC.
