Last night was AMAZING! Took the girl to her first SX and she loved it. I seriously can't believe what I saw in the SX class. Where the hell did Milsaps come from? Awesome ride from him. Trey coming back strong too! RV1 got his ass kicked (by himself) I expected more from Reed but hes usually a slow starter anyhow. This is going to be an amazing season. Also, Tomac looked bossly.

I agree Cory, I was cool to see something no one predicted go down. I think TP199 did call Millsaps to win. I guess Travis can see the future. The Factory Honda boys have the starts dialed. Davi's had the throttle control and the Suzuki looked so smooth. It looks like his riding style takes less energy. He is a big dude.

Dude, I won 13 bucks last night erring on milsaps. We all made our bets before the heat races! I freaking loved it man! Trey will only get better and reed will too, for sure. RV had a real mental meltdown of some kind. I know bin just going over the corner was grant making him nervous. But those 2 falls we're very uncharacteristic of him. One will happen in a great while, but he had 2 in one main. Weird. And stewart... I will say, ltd always something, but I am glad to see him stay out there throughout the main. Windham came up to 10th which I expected. Tickle, if you watch, was on RV following through the pack. He was climbing! Riding sooooo good. Just unfortunate.
Tomac is the man to best right now. I feel like roczen will be super consistent. Tomac just has to be calm and steady.and best got it. He's moving! Osborne did great. Baker did good, seely ride solid and Anderson will be in the mix as well! Malcom for sure got serious arm pump. barcia seemed nervous too. But did awesome.
Man I can't wait for Phoenix. And now that IM sitting at home crippled, I can watch races 30 times each before the next round. Lol

Well... This weeks going to be tuff. I mean, you got RV who will be pissed to the off and no doubt looking to race hard. But, last week he made mistakes trying that hard. Could it lead to another mishaps? Then reed for sure is looking to turn it up. He's great at regrouping. But can he win in Phoenix? The thing is that he has never won there. Kinda weird.... What about barcia? He loves to pin his throttle body like its a nail in the wall.... Just hammers it! But, can he handle the big dog Honda power on the dry likes of hard packed Phoenix?
Of course canard will be fast. He has the hard packs down extremely well. Its the mud I worry about with him. Will he get the same good starts and be a threat to win again? Hard not to think so, but how much will he push at the end? He had a bad last lap that cost him, but he did stay up and get the second highest points. Stewart is for sure hurting. Now, nobody knows the details of this bogus boogered up injury, so its hard to say how fast he will WANT to go. But, I don't think that he will be behind the leaders in 3rd or so and not go for the win.
Then there's the privateer points leader davi milsaps. Wow what a great freaking start for this giant jolly green giant. Just perfect!. He ride better then he ever has. He looked more comfortable and aggressive then his lites days! I was super pumped for him. And I know he and windham are too of the best at throttle control and weighting the bike as needed. But the bike is still privateer status and although he had his starts down very good at A1, he may not get the same start he got last week. There are whoops and sand again so I don't see Alessi being a factor much. At all really! Hahaha. But windham needs to turn it up. I know he wants to stay off the ground, but he can still twist the freaking throttle a Lil more on the safer sections. Say exiting corners, landings of triples, wherevers. This is Phoenix. He can and has the best technic of anyone out there for handling terrains.
So, IM going with this for my picks tork...
450
Dungey Canard Milsaps RV Stewart
250
Osbourne Tomac Seely Anderson Roczen

Nice read Dirtman. I like the Dungey prediction. He won it last year. I think KTM is going to do real well this weekend.

1. RV 2. Canard 3. Milsaps 4. Barcia 4. Dungey 5. Reed 6. Stewart 7. K-Dub 8. Short 9. Tickle 10. Grant Lites: 1. Tomac 2. Roczen 3. Davolos 4. Seeley 5. Osbourne 6. Rarray 7. Stewart 8. Bagget 9. Sipes 10. Anderson racerxonline.com/2013/01/09/passion-chad-reedStewart has knee injury, and is going to try to race. Mike Webb made a comment that if the knee is bad, that they are going to call it a year, get the operation, and start preparing for outdoors. I see Reed taking a few more rounds to get fired up, it wasn't until Dallas of last year that he really came alive. Dungey is trying to get adjusted to that new rear air shock. I've watched A1 3 times now, and if you watch his back end, it is not as smooth as everyone eleses, and is more choppy. Though once they get that dialed in, Dungey will be a consistant podium guy. RV is the fastest in the field right now, and pissed. That is a bad combination for his competition. Tomac is going to win, Roczen was not even close to his pace. The only person that is going to beat Tomac is Tomac.

The air shock, I hope they get it dialed real quick. Me too, because A1 Dungey was not the Dungey who won the last couple of rounds of last years SX. This years Dungey pulled the second fastest lap time of the night, but was not even close to 1st and 2nd. I think he was struggling a bit too much with his rear end. Time will tell though ;D

Dungey really does need to grow a pair and ride agressive. All of this conservative riding isn't going to get him anywhere. All the talent and fitness in the world but hes way too robotic on the bike. Loosen up and let it ride RD5!
I have no clue what to go with for Phoenix!
SX- RV1 Canard Barcia Reed Dungey
Lites- ET1 Roczen Seeley

A buddy of mine doesnt like Dungey. He says Dungey just needs a tattoo or something. Kinda like what Cory is saying. lol He is going faster than it looks. I think he is scared of Barcia right now. Remember how Barcia took Musquin out with a broke hand outdoors at Freestone? that wall at a1 was steep.
