oh hell yea!! randy is a badass mofo and he did bust up lesner pretty well. but broc is just a freaking beast!! i dont know who i want to win, frank mir or noguera. a mir and lesner rematch would be cool but noggie ahould in that one. idk.

i had randy a slight favorite (55-45) , but wasn't really pulling for either. just wanted to see a good fight. at the risk of sounding like a mook that goes crazy for the latest fads, lesner's upside is tremendous and assuming he stays focus i predict a reign similar to Tyson in his prime. assuming he can get his legs to keep up with his head and hands
i had a roommate in college that was the @ same size as lesner, a ripped 6'4 280. 4.6 forty time, benched well over 450, a 3 year all-american d lineman... anyways what i'm getting at is that dude will intimidate anyone of his peers and should make things exciting. i hope to see some mismatches like the old days, or even better would be an over confident fatass wrestler try his luck.

ey. i think theres a few guys out there who are jus as big as lesnar with more experience who could beat him. the size difference that couture has was jus kinda sad to see. put about 30 more lbs on him and 2 inches. and that woulda been a hell of a fight

like who hilly ? im not disagreeing with ya, i just know a few of the fighters i see on free TV. throw a few names and prediction at me. i know that anyone can get knocked out anytime from a good shot, I'm just asking who do ya think matches up well with him. please don't say kimbo.

sh*t. right now. i think theres a few guys who could get the job done. and one who could do it easily is Fedor Emelyanenko...he would destroy lesner. but others who have a great chance at beating him right now i would say are Antonio Nogueira ( on the ultimate fighter) Brandon Vera i think would be a good fight but he could take lesner if he fought the fight smart.. and last i think Gabriel Gonzaga could get the job done. theres prolly some more i jus cant think of em right now. i no Gonzaga lost to Couture but if he were to train hard and work on some ground skills a little better hes big enough to take lesner down and could submit him easily. IMO
edit. Shane Carwin is a damn good heavy weight. hasnt fought a really tough opponet yet but has destroyed every other fighter hes been put infront of. 10-0 still in the ufc.
The most realistic fight right now tho i think would be lesner vs Antonio Nogueira. im pretty sure Noguerira is gonna beat mir. and if so. he should have a title shot. cant wait.
Couture signed a 4 fight contract when he came back to to reclaim his belt and the 4th fight is supposed to be again fedor. which might not happen becuz it would prolly cost millions and millions to get fedor to fight in the ufc. hes said on live tv wata bunch of pencil neck pussys the ufc is. or something along those lines lol. so idk. but the ufc said theyd do everything they could to get that fight for couture. which would totally be worth it to me. id pay the 40 bucks to watch that ufc fight. hahah no doubt.

also. I think if they gave Frank Mir another chance at it he wouldnt be as cocky and hed submit lesner easily.

holy smokes hills ! , does Dana w call you up when he has a question ? he probably should. thanks bro for great overview & names to look for.
i was a bigtime boxing fan in 80's & 90's until it became so obviously crooked and dependent of pukes like don king. Dana appears ( to me ) to have some integrity and enuff $$$ . i hope the sport will remain pure for a few more years.
do the purist look at lesner any different now or will it take a few more fights ? how would u rate him as a joke, pawn, wild card, contender , or dana's cash cow ? thanks for the scoop bro

sweet, i'm thinking that he has enough background on the mat to survive and coupled with his physical specimen puts him with the top ten guys. all the hazing he must get has to keep him focused and training hard.
i m not saying he'll have a hall of fame career like randy or hoyce , just a couple of really good years. * think tank abbot without the happy hours * i totally love the novelty of it cuz he is really into it as opposed to a kimbo. i don't care who wins, but i cant wait to see what happens . nothing beats a good fight
good stuff hills , c ya online

yea he is a good fighter to but to really honest. there isnt to many guys in the heavy weight class that are that entertaining to watch anyways. atleast i think. id much rather watch a light heavy or middle weight or welter. and sometimes lightweight. but heavyweights u rarely ever see a heavy weight whos ripped and all muscle weighin that much. i mean they are. but alot of the heavy weights are jus fat. and dont have no stamina and half way through the second round the fight is pretty much over. but well see how far lesner goes with this belt.

hey hilly, now that you mentionit, i think brandon vera is right there close for a title shot now isnt he? hes a skinny mofo but he is definitly great to watch. i also agree on the weight class fights. i mean, the big dudes are cool and all, but the welters are freaking extreme in agility and snap there powe alot faster. idk, just my thoughts.
