hey torkit, how often do you race and how much is it out there? also do you require a membership of some sort? and finally, give me that gear man!!!! lol jk. sweet pics man, the track looks a little hammered but the dirt looks fun.

i order my new fear sets from jimm first race is this weekend
racing 2 classes ; ) hopefully i'll ge tthe holeshot and not look backk

Ya I entered this TX series, only 6 races. All north TX tracks. Every other Sunday. Its $30.00 per class plus $10.00 at the gate. Pretty normal pricing around here. No membership stuff. Show up at 8am for sign up, 9am practice, 10am races. Its alot of fun when the gate drops. Ya this track here hold tons of races. Local Full Moon series, thats every Friday night. Its hammered, lol. But in two weeks we go to the sandy loam at River Valley MX in Boyd, TX.  |

its $25 a class here in kentucky $35 for pro classes if its an ama sanctioned event, if its just a local track non ama its $20 usually.

well i dont have any idea about the prices out here. i never raced yet. when i was looking into doing my first series and it would have also been my first race, i wrecked 2 weeks prior and ever since i have had trouble getting back to my old self. i ended up with ciadic nerve damage in my hip area and short term memory loss. glad you wrote down the prices people cuz then i can look back and get a good idea for the prices out here. every freaking track out here has membership crap. its so freaking expensive just for the dam card. to ride at starwest(in perris, ca.) its $30 for the membership, and $20 to ride. i dont even really like that track and they only have one. i might as well go another 15 miles and ride at lake elsinore for $20 membership and $20 to ride. i dont know why starwest charges so much, they get free water from that freaking lake, so its not like its a huge dent in the wallet, you know? lol. bastards.
i would love to go ride in tx. every pic from there looks like that tracks are super fun and the dirt is what really sells me. maybe i can sometime this summer. not likely, but maybe. hey balls, lend me about $500 so i can go ride at tx. lol.
