BadAzzDoc I will give you my settings for $50.00 US dollars. This is after one year of R&D. So it is a bargain to say the least. Do TX members get any kind of discount?

Hey Maybe im f%^&n up here or i'm just a horrible player but i'm running my suspension 1 to the soft and it seems when i land the fkn bike jumps right or left it's not soaking up the landings like a real bike would and of course i was accused of intentionally taking someone out several times so are you guys running real soft or on the hard side of the shocks ?? also i noticed if i run it real soft tends to slip out in the corners like the front takes a nose dive and the back tires tries to come around an kiss the front tires and opinions? Here is BadAzzDoc vs DLxRated at 448 last night.

lol. you tx guys are stingy with your setups huh?? lol.
badazzdoc.... heres what i got going on with my 450 blaze. speed one nothc more then dead even, shocks one notch softer then dead even, and sticky... alllll the way up. lol. i came with this setting and havent touched it at all. not for outdoors, not for supercross. just plain got used to it and adjusted my riding to it. because i have the shocks so soft, it helps reduce the amount of reflex arrows i get. but at the other end, stiffer makes the turns not seem so slippery. you gotta find that happy medium thats for doc, not anyone else. then, its pretty much throttle control from there. lol.
thatll be one monster drink for services done, please. lol.

Based on my results in Rnd 2, I may not be much help to you Doc. I have messed around with settings quite a bit over the past few months. Here is the setup I'll be using for the Finale' at Armadillo Flats next Tuesday: KTM250SX-F

Man that CR250R picture in your shop is a clean one. Yes indeed, I still have a soft spot in my heart for the 2 Smokers. I saw this Honda and thought of you. (See the 2011 KTM300XC in the background?) The photo quality is bad but here she is again Tork:

Hey jim, I like your setup. Just a good ol ktm. By the way, I think because I need to try and put an end to the torker win streak, imma be switching it up to the fourstroke for the final. Gotta see what she can do. Lol.
I still think that two strokes will be back soon one day. We just need to put fuel injection in them machines! Its so obvious that they are better. A 250cc two stroke has more horse power and torque over its 250cc fourstroke sister. Come on, let's stick to the dilacement rules here ama! Lol.

Jim with all of that air pressuer the rear doesnt kick out on you ?. The rear kicks out on you regardless of air pressure if you get too aggressive with the Reflex stick. You will notice that my setup is a "pumped up" version of the stock settings for the KTM250SX-F. I have found this setup works best for me on every type of environment. Originally when I started playing Reflex, I would set up the bike with the motor set dead equal (between accel and speed). The suspension set to all the way soft and the tires set to sticky. I found that I had trouble getting over some of the jumps and was coming up short or casing all the time. By stiffening up the suspension, the bike jumps farther and higher. I give up some cornering response and stutter bumps aren't soaked up as well. But the time I was loosing by coming up short on the jumps, I now make up with the stiffer setup. It seems to make I positive difference for me. Suspension setup is the most critical adjustment you can make on your bike. I can't really tell much difference between a fast top speed setting and a quick acceleration setting. I choose more acceleration mainly because that is how I've set up my real bikes in the past. Make 'em hit hard on off the bottom and pull solid into the middle. I like to short shift rather than let 'er scream from gear to gear. As for the tire pressure, I haven't seen a huge benefit from going in either direction. I chose to leave it in the default position for that reason. I've found lately that avoiding sliding out is more about setting up for the turn early and getting on the gas once you're in the apex of the turn. Getting on too early causes you to slip. (just like in real life)

yea jim i agree, i believe the suspension is the more important of the three to get set to your liking. also what you said about the turns , setting up them before you get there, thats probaly the moment when i really started pickin up a little speed. I normally just let off the gas as im coming into a turn (coast in) and then get back on the gas at the apex.

Thats good info i was cornering like i would on my race bikes dive in hard lean it over and peg it and feather the clutch.. i just need to re train my self to coast in and keep off the clutch and more then likely keep off that dang reflex button as well

yep i did notice when i softened it up all the way and try to scruff speed over the jumps i would crash all most every time i only tried this stuff off line last night on the out door track..i know set ups are like setting my race bikes up however with them i can actually feel what changes i make or had made on this deal really cant tell until i get online because i noticed also the bikes handle diffrent from off line to on line .on line sometimes the bike has it's own mind

Its OK Im good with a 5 week TWT win streak. That boy Curt was flying at the Flats last night on his two stroke. I did not have anything for him. The Flats is a good two stroke track it aint plowed deep. Hey BadAzz, your funny too.
