I made a terrible mistake tonight. When I opened the room for the practice session I selected one of the DLC national tracks to warm up on. I sent out the invites and watched Sloey and Doc get into the room relatively easily. The only two others online to race in Room 2 were Ripper and Klutched. I sent invite after invite, restarted the room and shook my head. After a half an hour of trying Klutched went offline. Shortly after, Ripper sent me a message saying he didn't have the DLC tracks. That was the reason neither of them could get in. I then switched to Armadillo Flats and Ripper got right in. By that time Klutched was gone. My apologies to both of them for the trouble and I hope they'll return next week.

It will be OK Jimshorts, I will let Ripper know your sorry about that in the morning. We had some great racing tonight. Everyone was trying so hard to go good. I had some good starts but rode over my head and crashed. Kawis lead the 2nd moto for the longest time and we met at the last corner. Curt got tangled up with Brian64 and came back to 3rd in the 1st moto. Dirt was flying all night and I saw him fly off the track in the 2nd moto trying to catch Kawis and 647. BWilliams and Rated are now best friends forever.
It was a fun series, I would like to thank everyone who came out and raced with us. Good racing.
TWT overall Congrats to 647, he just killed it tonight.
647...1-1 Dirt...2-4 TorkiT .5-2 Curt.....3-5 kawis ...6-3 Yamahaulin 4-6 Brian64 .....7-7 Bwilliams....8-8 Rated..........9-9 JLM............10-DNF had to go to work emergency power outage.

Holy smokes! What dramatic night of racing. Everyone was on there game and the track proved to be a huge factor in the outcome. It was like pala raceway! Ruts everywhere and a multiple of elevation changes. It was virtually impossible to stay clean the whole time! That is, unless your 647!!! This guy was simply workin the bike and kickin the tracks back section! He was absolutely here to play!
In moto 1, it was a really tuff first turn for a lot of us. For myself, I ended up sharing plastic with someone really lightly, but it made me spin out and lose my forward drive. Then, someone else behind was moving and boom! Yard sale for bout 4 or 5 people. It was time to go! I knew the first few laps are critical to be in the hunt, so I put my head down and charged hard to the leaders. I got very lucky with some racers having mishaps. Soon enough, I was near the front group. By lap 3 I was third. Then second place, 647, decides its go time. He puts an enormous amount of pressure on torkit and forces a mistake. Then, he restarts just ahead of me, and makes another in the following section. It was 647 and I 4 seconds aprt starting lap 5. From there I put the hammer down, but that gap never changed the whole moto. I was confused, pissed, and yet super pumped. Now, I was looking forward to moto 2!
Off the gate, I decided to start in neutral or something and wasn't at the lead at all. But somehow, buy laps end, I was 3rd heading into the second lap. I was thinking 2 others were up front, but yet, 647 was one of them. And actually just ahead of me once again! Dammit! I ant let this go down like this! I had to put in the josh grant mindest! I'm gonna hold it wide open, if I crash I crash!..... well, on lap six, I did! I had every lap going under 1:55 both motos until lap 6 in moto 2. For whatever reason, I ran a 2:14 and then lap seven had a crash that put me into 4th. And yet, ran a 2:07! Iwas pissed, but I couldne give up. 18 seconds back, had to salvage what I can! On the last lap I got my fastest laptime of the moto. Got the gap down to 14 seconds to the leader, but it was all too late. The damage was done.
But the race was fantastic with huge depth, determination, andtalent all around which narrows it down to one factor that will win the series for you... heart. In this race, 647 showed us all he's got all of heart driving his fourstroke uptop the box. Huge win and in dominating fashion.
Can he repeat on the big bikes?? We shall see!
