Rumor time: Here's what I've heard and read: Stewart is not coming back for SX due to his hand. Word is that it is not healing as fast. Brook's stated that Stewart will do first two nationals and then Lakewood Colorado to prepare for the MXoN. - Josh Grant is testing for outdoors with no plans on doing any of the final SX. - Reed broke the tip of his thumb the week after Daytona, but is still riding. Reed has stated that he will not come back until he can hold onto the bike for 20 laps. - Word is though that Kawi is giving Reed more time off due to the fact that they have a better shot at RV winning the championship making up 3 points every round than if there was only a 2 point gap. For example if Reed starts to win and RV gets 2nd and Dungey 3rd, there isn't as big of a points gain. That's all I got for now. Anyone going to the Houston SX? I got a media pass to Houston SX. But I doubt I make it down to H town this year. Windham rides good in Houston, I hope he wins it this year.

hey idk if any of u guys caught stewarts new show. but if u did i saw something really interesting. during the show stewart had made the decision do not ride outdoors himself after already riding for yamaha all of sx. so it was indeed NOT in the contract and his own decision. pretty interesting. but im sure once he races the first two he'll wanna do the rest. if thats what hes really doing. im dying to see where rv stands with him

www.vitalmx.com/videos/features/Bubbas-World-Chatting-with-James,3360/Bubbas-World-Chatting-with-James,1281/GuyB,64 Interview with JS7 Talks about that he is for sure going to do some of the outdoors and really wants to do the MXoN's. Also sums up that he probably won't be back for SX this year, and Hints that there is a possibility that he will do the National series depending on how his races go.

I think JS7 has his work cut out for him in the outdoors. The 450 class has more talent than it did in 2008. I think RV2 can run with JS7 no problem. This will be fun to watch like Hilly said. Im looking forward to it.
Malcolm Stewart won two Pro 450 titles at Oakhill GNC, 450 stock and mod. Bubbles Jr is coming after Lorettas.
Houston SX prediction. RD5 FTW and JB17 FTW in the lites.

"HERE COMES STEWART TO TAKE THE UP TO THE FINISHLINE IN MOTO 1 AND... OH MY GOSH!!! HE JUST FELL OVER AND ISNT MOVING!! THE ASTERISK MEDCAL CREW IS ATTENDING TO HIM.. IT LOOKS AS THOUGH THEY ARE LAUGHING AT HIM. MUST HAVE BEEN A SPELL OF WATERMELON OR FRIED CHICKEN HITTING HIS BRAIN IN THAT LAST CORNER. thats how i piocture jeff emig commentating the event. lol. hes a funny guy aint he? stewart= windham= ride the outdoors ol' man reed= not likely to defend his title, but you never know rv2= going to be amazing alessi= going to need to go back from a ktm 350 to a real 450 everyone else= nuff said

Houston SX Stewart's Bikes Reed's Bike RV's Bike Track from Our Seats Start of Main Picture from start. We got to go down to the track after the race! My wife and I got to take a picture with Tha Man! K-Dub! After we took a picture with him, we got to walk back to the pits with him I got tons of autographs including: Villopoto, Reed, Stewart, Dungey, Windham, Pourcel, and Wilson. Out of all the signatures, this is my favorite Stroupe hit Cuningham in the air in practice trying to pass him, I was there and saw it happen. I thought that Stroupe had broken his wrist because he was holding it and limping until the Astrics crew took him away, but turns out he dislocated his shoulder. No one was as fast as Pourcel in the lites. Lites main was exciting because Barcia stalked Wilson the entire race, and then on the last lap less than 20 Ft from the finish line, Wilson lost it in the woops giving Barcia 3rd. Villopoto was 8th fastest in timed practice, and got 5th in his heat race. He seemed increadibly slow and was really off pace. He had a pretty big get off in practice in the woops and ate it hard. I seriously did not think he was going to do good, but come main event time, he got the holeshot and took off! K-Dub was the fastest in timed practice a couple of times, and was extremely fast, even when the main event came he passed Dungey, and then Hill and closed the gap on Villopoto. It was looking like he was going to catch him, but a combination of Villopoto doing a risky jump section into a turn and K-Dub making a mistake helped Villopoto get a good lead. K-Dub didn't lose or gain any more time on RV2 after that. Both RV2 and K-Dub were GONE. Tedesco rode a VERY impressive race, battling it out with Dungey. The two went back and forth for a while until Dungey started going backwards. Dungey then put on a charge and Stalled the bike, took him a while to start it back up. Reed looked smooth, but not as fast as Dungey or K-Dub in practice. When the gate dropped in the Main he was, what appeared to be 18th or 19th on the first lap. He then made an impressive charge to 4th. Reed passed Dungey while he was stalled, Dungey closed in on Reed but the laps ran out. Given another couple of laps Dungey would have passed him. Reed was deffinatly riding a little bit conservative in the main. If Villopoto finished 1st for the next 4 rounds, and Dungey finishes 2nd for the next 4 rounds. Dungey and Villopoto will be tied in points, but Villopoto will be Champion due to having more race wins! Dungey CANNOT afford another race like Houston's.
