Yo everyone, I went to the 3rd round of the 2008 AMA Motocross Nationals today. It was an awesome track. Rough, great dirt, several lines, big jumps, and the weather was hot and windy. I took some racing pictures and wanted to share with eveyone.
Here are some pictures I took while I was out there. I tried not to get to drunk before the second moto. ;D It was awesome racing today though. The 2nd lites moto was the best racing of the day. Enjoy.
Lites 1st lap. RV leads Stroupe.
Followed by these guys. #28 in third, 338 in forth, Chisholm 5th. ;D
Stroupe was on it.
Lites 2nd lap gap already
2nd lap 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th.
Trey Canard crashed and is in dead last again in TX.
RV check out like this...pinned everywhere.
Kyle Chisholm was going good 1st moto in TX.
RV launching this huge tabletop.
Results moto #1 RV, Ryan Dungey, Austin Stroupe, Metcalf passed Stroupe but fell in the massive 12 pack sand whoops.
450/ Motocross class
Alessi was on his game today. He got both holeshots and lead the premier class for several laps. That was fun to watch. Him and James pulled away from the Honda boys.
Bubba leaving the portable Jon before the 1st moto. lol.
Parade lap.
Chi Chis
Alessi leading James Stewart
800 still Leading after Stewart fell
This picture is why they call it the bubba scrub. #7 caught Alessi and pulled away.
Shortly after the pass on #800, That is 800's front wheel almost in the pic .
Reddog is tring to pull a tearoff. He came from the way back and charged hard all moto.
Shorty made the podium.
The privateer Seam Hamblin finish stong too.
National #95 Kyle Partridge. Answered the question today Mac's #8 test.
Look at the difference in first and second place.
Results moto number 1. Bubba, Alessi, Short, Cody Cooper, Millsap, Tedesco.

2nd moto lites action
Ryan Sipes holeshot and leads 3 laps
RV was on a tear, he went off the track right here after this shot. Came back on the track cut off Stroupe and never let off. It was insane.
Matt Lemoine rode good in his home town.
J-Law didnt have a good day, him and Martin Davalos went out drank a bottle of gin and flipped Jason's Toyota truck 3 times. Hey thats want inside sources told me.
Overall lites
RV, Dungey, Stroupe.
I left to beat traffic after the lites moto. Munchies ;D
450 overall podium
Bubba, Alessi, Short barely beat out Red Dog
