I'm honored you would use my screen to put down any MVA game but Torkit is right. my PC runs atleast twice as good as my PS3. Another thing is that it was only me riding on that track, and I had maxed settings. If I had done that online with those settings I would have lagged out of my mind with only three people. There are a few sacrifices you have to make to run online smoothly.

I'm honored you would use my screen to put down any MVA game but Torkit is right. I certainly meant no offense to you or Mx Sim. I was mearly pointing out that the graphics on Alive did not look as good as I think a game being released in 2011 should look. Torkit's posts later in this thread lead me to believe they will be more refined upon the game's release.

I am excepting similiar looking graphics for MX vs ATV Alive. Most likely a few updates on the newer model bikes and riding gear. Example: new shrouds and plates for the 2010+ Yamahas (Shima). Also some new colorways for the gear and I spotted a couple new helmet models too. I think Answer and MSR are THQ game sponsors now.

I don't think this game looks any different than Reflex from the looks of the screen shots, then checking out the site, it is still going to have all of the same things from reflex with "enhanced" rider contact... I think this game is just going to be a slightly beefed up "Reflex" and nothing more... hopefully they will slow down the track deterioration and fix some of the issues that should have already been fixed with a patch... but I understand, why fix issues with a game when you are trying to get people to buy a new one? I'm still going to buy it, should be interesting to see how it turns out. Going to be a bit frustrating having to buy tracks and wait for them to come out with new ones... they say that they are supposed to release new tracks every few weeks... but history shows that they will soon forget Alive when they start developing a new game... just like they did with all the other ones. (With the exception of Unleashed) Couldn't agree anymore.

I found it more of a compliment that you would use a game like MXS to say that a game like MVA doesn't look up to par.

Here is a video to check out the pre-preview if you will. It is only 3 seconds long but MX vs ATV ALive looks bad ass to me. Watch closely around 30 seconds into this video. You will see a little gameplay footage. OK I will shut it now, just watch it. www.gametrailers.com/video/episode-401-gt-tv/709729

Oh hell, it does not work for me either now. I bet THQ made them take it down. Oh well, it was just a nice little glipse of Alive.

If someone could record this and post it on YouTube or post the link that would be great, for those of us that don't have cable ;D Thanks!
