Maybe we can get back to beating up on the ProCircuit boys...? LoL That is pretty much a garuntee LoL J/K - I'm sure I will be rusty, but I don't think I've lost too much speed - Reflex is a whole nother beast though.
SO I have some good news, I got an e-mail today saying that my PS3 has been repaired and shipped out today - so should be about 5 buisness days until I get it.
ALSO, I went and hooked up my router to my friends router like I said I was going to (SO greatful for them letting me use their internet) so I am making this post in my APT using my wireless router that is hooked up to their wireless router LoL
I haven't noticed a difference in speed, and I have 3 out of 5 bars, wich is pretty good. The next step is to see if it will be a strong enough signal for the PS3 LoL ;D
I'll keep yall posted! ;D

Alls I gotsta say is when I get online and race these ProCircut boyz, yall will be wondering if my PS3 has actually been broken since January, or if I have been lyin - LoL j/k. I do know one thing, it has been so freakin long since I have played, I don't see myself gettin tired playin it anytime soon - that means a lot of logged hours on the game, especially with a month x-mas break ;D I've been watchin youtube video's, so that I can keep the tracks fresh in my mind, and studyin what to do and what not to do LoL (livin my mx racin life through youtube) See yall on the track! ;D

Hey! Guess What!?!?! I got my PS3 back today! Played it for 10 minutes and it broke again! LoL
They replaced the Blu-Ray / DVD player... but my PS3 beeped 3 times and shut down... when I re-started it, the PS3 wouldn't read any discs! The same thing it was doing before! Oh well... Now I have to send it back to NY to get it fixed under their 90 day warranty... so it will be another week or two before I get it back...
And to add some more bad news... my Laptop will pick up the internet signal from my router... but not my PS3??? Oh well... guess I won't be seein you guys anytime soon... K-Bye!

Dam mikey. Your going through it all and even I'm getting frustrated. Lol. That sucks bigtime brother. Hope they make good one there warranty. Hey... quick question. Do you have your ps3 plugged in through a voltage regulator or at least a surge peotector?? Maybe it might help from burning out parts within it. Had a tv keep doing that so I replaced the internal fuse with a slo-blow and always run it through a voltage regulator. Hasn't been a problem since bro.....

Jeebuss Mike, you have the worst luck with that PS3. Did you even get to ride one moto?

Hey if they end up doing that, and if you still have it mike, I want your broken one..... seriously. I can just tell the wife that "ours" broke. Then she will get it fixed pronto because of our collection of blue rays. Lol. That plans flawless!!!! Unless you won't have it. Then thanks anyways. Lol.

Hey! Guess What!?!?! I got my PS3 back today! Played it for 10 minutes and it broke again! LoL That is a bummer, sorry to hear that. Thanks Bryan, it is a bummer… trying to remain in good spirits about it LoL – after such a long time, I was so looking forward to having a working PS3 again! LoL I even already had a list of games and in what order I was going to rent and play them in!!! LoL plus, this was my last week of school, so I was really hoping to get some SERIOUS gaming in LoL Dam mikey. Ha, Your getting frustrated LoL tell me about it LoL. I actually have my PS3 on a surge protector, so I don’t think that is the problem… They told me that the problem previously was the simple fact that my Blu-Ray / DVD player just simply quit working. Now it seems that the part that they replaced it with either a new or refurbished one from SONY, has quit working as well. I am not that big of a FAN of SONY right now… how about make a product that WORKS will ya?? LoL Jeebuss Mike, you have the worst luck with that PS3. Did you even get to ride one moto? No joke, I finally get the money to fix it, and this happens LoL – I did get to play two five lap moto’s at Lost Meadow (just restarted the moto after I was done) My second time out I was able to hit a mid 1:18 which I am thinking is right around the lap times that I used to hit on there… The problem came when it was time to switch tracks… Lost meadow was the first place I went… but didn’t want to play it for too long… I was like a little child on Christmas morning that didn’t know what to do with all of the new goodies! I just wanted to play as many tracks as possible! LoL When I went to switch tracks, the PS3 froze and beeped 3 times and shut down, when I restarted it, it would no longer read ANY discs…. I was pretty sloppy the first moto out, but by the second moto I was able to put in 2 really solid laps… It was starting to come back to me pretty quick… just was pretty rusty and sloppy. I did spend a little bit of time in the loading stage trying to get the feel for it again. It was almost like I was a really fast noob… made tons of mistakes LoL I’m sure whenever I get my PS3 back and start playing that I will be back up to speed in no time. dang mike, sorry bout that dude, the same thing happened to a friend of mine and he was so dissappointed. they actually sent him a new one. Thanks sloey, yes… definitely frustrating for sure… though I chose this repair shop because they do actual PS3 repairs… I don’t want a refurbished PS3 like SONY does… If I were to send my PS3 into SONY for $150 + $30 in shipping + Tax, all they would do is send me a refurbished PS3, Why would I want to dish out $200 for a used piece of crap? LoL And I definitely do not want a new PS3 slim… no backwards technology ;D Hey if they end up doing that, and if you still have it mike, I want your broken one..... seriously. I can just tell the wife that "ours" broke. Then she will get it fixed pronto because of our collection of blue rays. Lol. That plans flawless!!!! Unless you won't have it. Then thanks anyways. Lol. Great Idea DiRT LoL unfortunately, if they WERE to give me a New PS3, they would keep my old one… which won’t happen, since I have confirmed with them on different occasions that they will indeed repair my PS3. I even wrote down all of the numbers on my PS3 to make sure that it is still mine! ;D Here is what their warranty states: I have a 90 day warranty from the time of the repair. If something goes wrong they will: (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product (less shipping and handling fees). A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes PS Pros's property.

Mike, have you looked into the PC version of Reflex at all? If so, how is it?

Mike, have you looked into the PC version of Reflex at all? If so, how is it? Nope, I figured that since I was going to get my PS3 fixed, that there was no point. I like playing it better with a PS3 controller anyways, and I've tried downloading programs in the past to get my PS3 controller to work as a computer game controller, but nothing ever worked, lots of failed attempts. The Fed-Ex shipping place told me that it will be Monday before it get's shipped and that it should take 3-5 business days for them to recieve it. Then they have to fix it and send it back, so it should be a little while...
